Notes:
Kim Jong Il was well known for liking rail travel (and not air), as well as being incredibly good at golf. However he did once lose a game to Donald Trump and as a result was bound to allow competition between multiple rail companies to replace the Korean State Railway. It was never revealed what would have happened if Trump had lost. Note that due to the very solid block of mountains to the east of the map, plateau rules were considered (2 Won to build from mountain to mountain instead of 5). In the end mountain passes were added based on the routes of real roads and railways. The map has not been played yet but should be suitable for 3, 4 or 5.
