Notes:
The HS2 project has suffered from delays and massive cost inflation. The Rivals map is based on the classic London and Liverpool design and there are two version of it with different rules: Private Sector: Rival companies must build the HS2 track at thier own (considerable) expense and try to make a profit. Build Build Build: With the UK Government planning to use public works projects to regenerate the economy, all comapines get to use the (shared) HS2 track for free.
