Bosnia and Herzegovina has a small population of 3.5 million, down quite a bit from when it
was measured in 1991 (before the war). It has only two large cities, Sarajevo and Banja Luka, and
these are the main starts for the RR map.
A lot of the country is surrounded by Croatia (although there is a short stretch of coastline
at Neum) with Serbia and Montenegro lying to the east. Building is forbidden outside the country,
so many of the connections for special runs are small border towns and villages.
This map is intended to be one that works well with the Partnership Variant - we shall see!
